Nikhitha Reddy started their work experience as a Junior Software Engineer at Exafluence in July 2021. Nikhitha then became an Associate Software Engineer in October 2021 before transitioning to the role of Data Engineer in July 2022. Concurrently, they worked as a Data Engineer Trainee at the Center for Artificial Intelligence & Advanced Analytics from January 2021 to June 2021.

Nikhitha Reddy completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Swami Ramanandathirtha Institute of Science & Technology from 2013 to 2017.
