Meghanath P has a strong work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Meghanath has been working at Exafluence since 2019, starting as a Techno Commercial Engineer and later being promoted to the roles of Sr. Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer. In these roles, they led a team in creating various applications for clients in the Health Care and Insurance domain, including the development and deployment of a Daily Health Screening Questionnaire (DHSQ) and a My Account Mobile Application. Meghanath also developed a QCC Portal for Circle Management System using .NET MVC Architecture. Prior to joining Exafluence, Meghanath P worked at Apssdc as a Trainer cum Developer, where they trained 4th B. tech students and developed GHMC projects for the Government.

Meghanath P earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences, attending from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse from Snowflake in January 2022, and a certification as a MongoDB Associate Developer from MongoDB in May 2021.
