Alexandra Vaskovskaya is an experienced delivery and project manager with a robust background in Agile methodologies, currently working as a Delivery Manager at Exadel since June 2021, overseeing two Scrum teams focused on Tax solutions for a U.S. client. Previously, Alexandra held the position of Project Manager at Playtika, where a hyper-casual mobile game was developed, amassing approximately 500k daily players. Prior to that, Alexandra worked at EPAM Systems for over a decade, progressing through roles such as Project Manager, Software Testing Team Lead, Lead Software Testing Engineer, and Senior Software Testing Engineer, where responsibilities included process setup, metrics analysis, team management, resource planning, and risk management. Alexandra holds a specialist degree in Applied Mathematics from Belarusian State University and has further education from Otto von Guericke University.
