John Pospichal has an extensive background in both manufacturing and recovery support. Since September 2006, John has served as the Assistant Department Manager at Exacto Spring, where responsibilities include laser welding setup and machine setup as part of the Medical Department. In addition to this role, John has been a House Manager and Consultant at Sirona Recovery since August 2017, focusing on education related to drug and alcohol addiction, recovery, and sobriety, while managing a male sober living home. John pursued education at Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2004 to 2006.
