Stephanie Kimball Pohlman is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and HR effectiveness. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Effectiveness and Vice President of Talent Management at Exact Sciences since April 2015, Stephanie has previously held positions including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources. Prior to Exact Sciences, experience includes roles as Senior Compensation Manager and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Covance, Inc., from May 2000 to April 2015, and as HR Coordinator at Grant Thornton LLP. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Edgewood College and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from UW Whitewater.
