Joseph was also a Principal at their own consulting firm, where they provided expertise in scaling marketing teams, product positioning, marketing strategy, content development, and analyst relations. Joseph was a Senior Director at Splunk, where they played a key role in the company's growth. Joseph has also held marketing leadership roles at Genesys Laboratories, Sendmail Inc, Informatica, Zimba, and CellNet Data Systems. Earlier in their career, Joseph worked as a Vice President at Grey Advertising, where they were responsible for strategic planning and integrated marketing communications for various global accounts.
