Nury Ortiz Ardila is a seasoned professional in customer success and project management with extensive experience across various sectors, including technology and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Redwood Software since October 2021, Nury implements programs that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
