Roman Weisert has worked in the technology industry since 2002. Roman's first role was as a Software Developer and Technical Writer at MUS N1 from 2002 to 2003. Roman then moved to ArtInfoSoft Ltd, where they worked as a Senior Software Developer from 2003 to 2005. Roman then moved to SoftAriA Ltd, where they worked as a Core Developer from 2005 to 2006. After that, they moved to SITRONICS IT, where they worked as a Team Lead and Senior Software Developer from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they moved to Fortess, where they worked as a PM and Team Lead until 2011. In 2011, they moved to WMATA, where they worked as a Digital Payment Solution Consultant until 2010. Finally, they moved to Ex Parte, where they have worked as the Chief Architect and CTO since 2017.

Roman Weisert received their M.Sc in Informational Systems and Technologies from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) between 1999 and 2004.
