Rael Elstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Ex Libris since March 2013. Rael's responsibilities include defining and executing strategies for content representation, overseeing the content ingestion lifecycle, and enhancing customer satisfaction through community engagement. Previously held roles include Senior Product Marketing Manager, Global Operations Project Manager, and Search Engine Technical Analyst, demonstrating a strong background in project management, data analysis, and customer relations. Prior to Ex Libris, Rael worked as an Industrial Engineer at the Veterans Engineering Resource Center and held management and liaison positions in previous organizations. Rael holds an MBA in Marketing, Business Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.Sc in Industrial and Management Engineering with a focus on Information Systems from the Jerusalem College of Engineering.
