Diana Laffy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and project delivery, currently serving as the GM Strategy and Projects at the Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) since July 2023. With a robust background at ANZ spanning over a decade, Diana held multiple roles including Continuous Improvement Manager, Change Manager, and Business Delivery Manager, where key achievements included spearheading process improvements, facilitating change management during a significant transformation program, and enhancing operational efficiencies within various financial services portfolios. Diana’s earlier experience includes project management roles and financial planning positions at prominent institutions, complemented by a Bachelor of Business in Financial Planning from RMIT University.
