Lee Ann Cauilan is a Business Analyst at eWorld Enterprise Solutions, Inc. since May 2018, previously serving as an ITS Student Assistant - Help Desk Consultant at the University of Hawaii's Information Technology Services from January 2017 to May 2018. In that role, responsibilities included troubleshooting technical issues, documenting resolutions, and training new student consultants. Lee Ann also gained experience as a Hawaii Pay Project Intern for the State of Hawaii in July and August 2017, where tasks included gathering information on payroll procedures and creating change management documentation. Earlier experience includes working as a Data Entry Clerk in the Office of Admissions at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where efficiencies in data entry protocols were developed. Education was completed with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Information Systems from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business in 2018.
