Shailesh Kumar Chaurasia is an experienced Embedded System Engineer specializing in electric vehicles, currently employed at E-Works Mobility GmbH since June 2023. Prior to this role, Shailesh worked as a Software Developer in Robotics at NISAR Autonomy GmbH from January to May 2023 and completed a Master Thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation and Automation IFF, focusing on AI-based navigation for electric autonomous wheelchairs. Earlier experience includes a position as a Working Student at IFA Rotorion - Powertrain GmbH and a Student Researcher role at the Institut für Automation und Kommunikation, where Shailesh contributed to projects on autonomous driving and localization using the ROS platform. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute, complemented by language studies at Goethe Institut Indien and automation training at Dynamic Institute of Automation & Controls.
