Giulia Bressane Sanchez has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Giulia started their career at Liq as an Assistant in Operations, where they were responsible for analyzing documentation for the approval of automotive insurance policies, resolving complaints, and identifying operational and systemic failures. Giulia then worked as a Bilingual Sales Analyst at Atento. In this role, they were involved in sales activities. Later, they joined Pier Seguradora as a People Development Analyst, where they implemented performance evaluation processes, conducted leadership training, and managed employee engagement campaigns. Giulia then transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Analyst at Pier Seguradora, where they focused on providing personalized customer support, improving communication materials, and identifying areas for operational improvement.
