Michael Müller has extensive work experience in financial management and accounting. Michael currently holds the role of Managing Director and Group CFO at EW Nutrition since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as Managing Director and Group CFO at Bröer Group from October 2020 to October 2022. From January 2017 to September 2020, they worked as the Financial Director International at SARIA-Gruppe. Before that, they held the position of Head of Corporate Accounting, Finance & Taxation at EBRO ARMATUREN Gebr. Bröer GmbH from September 2014 to December 2016. Michael started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, WPG as a Wirtschaftsprüfer/Steuerberater (CPA/CTA) from September 2008 to August 2014. Michael'sexpertise lies in coordinating audits, due diligence, internal control frameworks, valuation, and restructuring, with a focus on industries such as mechanical/electric engineering, food, logistics, and events.

In 2011 and 2012, Michael pursued a Master's degree in Auditing Finance Taxation (M.A.) at Fachhochschule Osnabrück.

In 2013 and 2014, they furthered their education at the Chamber of German Tax Advisors (StbK), obtaining the Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) degree. Michael'sfield of study specialized in Taxation.

Michael also holds additional certifications. In 2012, they completed the CPA (Wirtschaftsprüferexamen) from WPK Düsseldorf. And in February 2014, they obtained the CTA (Steuerberaterexamen) from StbK Niedersachsen.
