Sandrine Leblond's work experience begins with an internship at FBFP in 2006. Following that, they worked as a Call Center Agent at Transcom Worldwide from December 2006 to March 2009, where they resolved customer issues and managed a high-volume workload. Sandrine then briefly worked as a Motion Graphics Producer at European Business Bank in March 2009. From November 2009 to April 2010, Sandrine was a Webmaster at FSMA. Their most recent position was as a QC Engineer at EVS Broadcast Equipment starting in July 2010, where they were responsible for ensuring product quality and release management. In this role, they created test plans, built acceptance testing workflows, and facilitated communication between developers and stakeholders.

Sandrine Leblond studied at DIC Collège where they obtained their CESS in 2003. Following that, they attended HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège from 2003 to 2006, earning a Baccalauréat in Intermédia / multimédia.
