AyÅŸen Demircan has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. AyÅŸen is currently working as the Head of Talent at Evreka, where they are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and driving organizational change in a start-up technology company. AyÅŸen also manages the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compensation & benefits for the company's offices in Turkey and the Netherlands. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Director at V-Count from July 2018 to December 2022. At V-Count, they played a key role in the HR department, overseeing various HR initiatives and strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Before that, AyÅŸen worked at Mapfre as the Human Resources & Commercial Training Unit Manager, where they were responsible for restructuring the HR department and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business strategy. AyÅŸen also played a crucial role in establishing a dedicated commercial training function and developing a training strategy across all sales channels. AyÅŸen has also worked at AIG as the Talent Acquisition Manager, where they focused on talent acquisition initiatives, and at Media Markt as a Human Resources Specialist, where they were responsible for setting up the HR organization and managing recruitment and placement processes.
AyÅŸen Demircan obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Istanbul Bilgi University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they received an Achievement Scholarship in Business Administration from Halic Universitesi from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Coaching & Mentoring Certification from TPC Leadership in January 2018.
