Sebastian Steiniger is an experienced professional in antibody discovery and engineering, currently serving as a Research Advisor at EVQLV since May 2023. Previously, Sebastian held the position of Associate Director at Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc., focusing on protein engineering from November 2022 to April 2023. As a Principal Investigator at Rakuten Medical from November 2019 to November 2022, Sebastian specialized in antibody discovery, humanization, hybridoma technology, and protein engineering. Prior experience includes the role of Principal Scientist at Pfizer, where Sebastian worked from March 2011 to November 2019, and Senior Scientist at XBiotech USA, Inc. from September 2009 to February 2011.
