Irina Ganina is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in automating people processes and implementing data integration strategies. Currently serving as HR Systems Manager at Adjust since January 2019, Irina has led the functional implementation of Workday and overseen the integration with existing platforms. Prior roles include Human Resources Coordinator at Adjust, where Irina managed a new ATS implementation and ensured GDPR compliance, and Human Resources Manager at Amadeus FiRe AG, focusing on onboarding and event support. Irina's early experience includes HR Manager at BARS GROUP and a Recruiter position at Success Strategy.
