Aran R. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different companies. They started their career as a SQL Developer at Property Consortium UK Ltd in September 2008, where they worked until July 2010. Following this, Aran joined Evo Agency in September 2010 as a Lead eCommerce Developer and held the position until June 2014. They then transitioned to the role of a Technical Solutions Consultant from June 2014 to March 2015. Aran's responsibilities at Evo Agency continued to progress as they became the Head of Client Strategy from March 2015 to January 2018 and then the Technical Director from January 2018 to April 2021. Currently, Aran serves as the Managing Director at Evo Agency, starting from April 2021.

Aran R. attended Somerset College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a National Diploma in IT General. In addition to their college degree, Aran R. has also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received the BIMA Hot 100 certification from the British Interactive Media Association. In 2019, Aran R. obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification. More recently, in 2021, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification. Finally, in 2022, Aran R. acquired the Google Analytics Certification - GA4 from Google.
