Gianna Sophie Metzer is an experienced professional in the fields of customer success and competition economics, currently serving as the Manager at WiM Hub Rhein-Ruhr with Women in Mobility since January 2022 and as a Customer Success Manager with evopark since May 2021. Previous roles include Research Assistant at Baker & McKenzie in the Antitrust and Competition Economics department, along with various internships related to market analysis, data collection, and regulatory strategies at organizations such as Deutsche Telekom AG and CEG Europe. Gianna has a robust educational background with a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Duisburg-Essen, complemented by studies at Griffith University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Düsseldorf.
