Prema Latha has extensive experience in financial analysis and management, currently serving as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst at SC Johnson since October 2018, where collaboration with APAC cluster supply chain teams focuses on logistics cost improvement and inventory management. Prema has also held the position of Senior Finance Officer at Evonik since May 2016 and worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH from May 2014 to May 2016, receiving a Silver Award for excellence in system migration. Prior experience includes a Senior Analyst role at AMWAY Business Services Asia Pacific, where significant contributions were made to General Ledger activities and a successful transition project in Australia and New Zealand. Prema holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from UNITAR Education Group.
