Nicole Rudningen has extensive work experience in various roles within the chemical industry. Nicole started their career at Cargill, where they worked as a QA chemist and later as a microbiologist. Nicole then joined Evonik, where they held several positions, including Assistant Fermentation Team Leader, Process Development Scientist, and Fermentation Team Leader. Nicole also served as a Site Manager and Global Head of Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality, and Regulatory for Animal Nutrition at Evonik. In their most recent roles, they were the Global Head of EHSQ and Project Director for Care Solutions, responsible for overseeing EHSQ and managing a major investment project. Nicole also served as the Head of Production & Technology and a member of the Global Management Team of Care Solutions at Evonik. Additionally, they have been actively involved in advisory councils and global management teams throughout their career.

Nicole Rudningen attended St. Cloud State University from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Biology Biotechnology. Later, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the same university.
