Cynthia Magbanua currently serves as a Lead Generation Analyst at EvolveBPM, LLC, where responsibilities include managing end-to-end digital lead generation campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth for global clients. Since May 2021, Cynthia has also held the position of Lead Generation Analyst I at Evolve Global Corp. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Support Specialist at SYKES Philippines from November 2016 to May 2021, contributing to customer experience solutions. Earlier in Cynthia's career, a role as a Cashier/Sales Consultant at Cartier lasted from February 2011 to November 2016. Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos.
