Tyrese Harris is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in shaping organizational training and talent development strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Enablement at Evolve since June 2022, Tyrese leads a team dedicated to enhancing the employee experience through comprehensive onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs. Previously, Tyrese held the position of Vice President of Talent Development at Billtrust, where leadership was partnered with to drive engagement and performance initiatives across multiple regions. At Ally, Tyrese advanced through various roles, ultimately as Sr. Director of Learning and Organizational Development, focusing on cultural transformation and operational readiness within the Customer Care function. Earlier career experiences include instructional design at Wake Technical Community College and training roles at LifeBridge Health, Bravo Health, and Laureate International Universities. Tyrese holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
