Ashleigh Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashleigh began their career as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart from April 2007 to February 2009. Ashleigh then transitioned to a Customer Service Representative role at Citi, where they worked from February 2009 to May 2012. After that, they joined Wells Fargo as a Consumer Loan Underwriter, initially handling CRT loans from January 2013 to May 2016 and later specializing in OCC audits from May 2012 to January 2013. Following this, they served as a Mortgage Loan Processor II at First Citizens Bank from May 2016 to November 2018. Ashleigh then worked as a Senior Loan Processor at VELOCIO MORTGAGE L.L.C. NMLS #1529234 from April 2019 to November 2021. Currently, they are at Evolve Bank & Trust, where they started in November 2021 as a Corporate Processing Trainer and transitioned to the role of Financial Services Trainer in May 2022. In their current position, they develop educational materials, conducts training sessions, and improves contact center procedures.
Ashleigh Thompson received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "Customer Experience Strategy: Build a Customer-Centric Culture" from LinkedIn in May 2023.
