Jill Lemond is an experienced education professional with a commitment to safeguarding school communities from gun violence. Currently serving as the Director of Education Market Development at Evolv Technology since October 2022, Jill has a diverse background in educational administration, including a 12-year tenure at Oxford Community Schools where various leadership roles were held, such as Assistant Superintendent of Safety & School Operations and Director of International Operations. Jill directed a robust international program, enhanced community partnerships, and developed educational markets that aligned with the district's mission. Prior roles include ownership of EPASS, LLC, where consultation services for international programs were provided, as well as teaching and curriculum development positions in the United States and China. Jill holds an MBA from Capella University and a BA from Michigan State University in English/Language Arts Teacher Education and TESOL.
