Carolus has worked at Slalom from 2010 to 2021 in various roles, including Senior Delivery Principal and Solution Principal. Carolus'sexpertise includes business intelligence, data warehousing, data modeling, data analysis, ETL, OLAP, and business analysis. Carolus has also worked on projects involving Azure Data Lake Analytics, Spark on HDinsght, and Azure SQL Datawarehouse. Since 2021, Carolus has been a Principal and Director - Data Solutions at evolv consulting, where they design information architecture to maximize the value of data and enable data-driven decision-making.

Carolus H. attended Metropolitan State University of Denver, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences, General. They have also obtained certifications in Snowflake Sales Professional Accreditation and Snowflake Technical Sales Professional Accreditation from Snowflake, obtained in December 2022.
