Sydney Crispano currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously held the role of Human Resources Recruitment Associate at Evolution Research Group since September 2021. Sydney has diverse experience in administrative roles, including serving as Transportation Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Spring Lake Day Camp from May 2019 to September 2021. In addition, Sydney completed a Psychology Research Summer Internship at New York University in August 2020 and worked as a Research Assistant to Dr. Jonathon Lassiter at Muhlenberg College from September 2019 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes working as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at Spring Lake Day Camp from June 2014 to September 2018. Sydney holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Studio Art from Muhlenberg College (2017-2020) and is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at the University of Hartford (2022-2024).
