Russell Crewe is an experienced executive in the claims management industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Evolution Claims Management Limited since March 2024. Previously, Russell held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Davies Property from March 2021 to September 2023, and served as Business Unit Director at Direct Group Limited, overseeing all claims operations from August 2012 to April 2019. Earlier roles include Director of Loss Adjusting Services at Merlin Claims Limited and Director of Operations at AMG Chartered Loss Adjusters, where Russell managed service delivery following a management buyout.
