Adele Rom is a seasoned professional in organizational and leadership development, currently serving as a Senior Partner at Evolution since July 2022. With extensive experience as the Founder, Consultant, Advisor, and Investor at ARC since April 2019, Adele also holds advisory roles on the boards of PeopleTech Partners and AllVoices, and retains an advisory position and invests in Abstract. In November 2023, Adele joined VITALIZE Venture Capital as a Venture Partner, alongside investing roles at Emmeline Ventures and Amboy Street Ventures starting in March 2023. Previously, Adele was involved with Strive as a Board Advisor, Executive Coach, and Facilitator until its acquisition by Franklin Covey in 2021. Adele has also contributed to the Women Founders Network as a member of the Board of Directors from January 2019 to December 2023. Academically, Adele holds an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Seattle University, a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Western Washington University, and further education from the University of Santa Monica.
