Paula del Rio currently serves as the Culture, Well-being & People Care Coordinator at Evoltis, a role held since October 2022. In addition, Paula has been actively involved with the Colegio de Psic贸logos de la Provincia de C贸rdoba since May 2020 as a member of the Comisi贸n del Trabajo y las Organizaciones, focusing on professional practices and the role of psychologists in organizations. Paula also contributes to the Universidad Nacional de C贸rdoba as a Profesora Adscripta in the Organisational Psychology department. Previous positions include Strategic People Management Coordinator and National Selection Coordinator at Agencia Proa, as well as experience in human resources and talent management at KIKA tiendas, Multiconex SA, and Kuza S.A. Paula's educational background includes ongoing postgraduate studies in Work Psychology and a Master's program in Mental Health at Universidad Nacional de C贸rdoba, complemented by a diploma in Labor and Organizational Psychology from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales.
