Sachin Sonawane is an experienced quality assurance professional with a robust background in leading QA teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Evolent Health since July 2018, Sachin manages a team of engineers and spearheads initiatives to standardize automation processes, enhance automation coverage, and streamline delivery in healthcare testing. Previous roles include Associate Manager for Development at Allscripts, where Sachin led agile QA teams and was responsible for project planning and resource allocation. In prior positions, leadership responsibilities included managing large teams, implementing new testing methodologies, and supporting the development of health technology solutions. Sachin holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and is pursuing a Master's in Management Studies from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
