Maribeth Schaefer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service operations and health plan implementations. Currently serving as the Director, Customer Service Domain Technical and Implementation Lead at Evolent Health since September 2019, Maribeth leads strategic business implementations and develops standardized design documentation for operational processes.
