Шитов Максим has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Шитов started their career as a Senior Mechanic at РОЛЬФ, where they worked with brands like Ford, Hyundai, and Mitsubishi. Шитов'sresponsibilities included diagnostics and repair of vehicles. Шитов then joined Genser as a Warranty Engineer, where they communicated with brand representative offices on warranty issues and managed payment for warranty and goodwill causes.

In 2017, Шитов joined Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi as a Quality and Customer Satisfaction Engineer. Шитов'sresponsibilities included collecting and processing information about product quality and customer satisfaction issues, conducting risk analysis in manufacturing, identifying root causes of issues, and auditing production processes. Шитов Максим has a diverse education history. In 2001, they started their education at Moscow Vehicle Engineering College, where they obtained a Technician degree in Vehicle Construction in 2005. Following that, from 2005 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineer-designer of internal combustion engines at Moscow State Industrial University. Шитов then continued their studies at the same university from 2006 to 2011, earning another Bachelor's degree, this time in Economist-manager specializing in economics and enterprise management. In 2013, Шитов attended English language courses at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs College and achieved an Intermediate level. Most recently, in 2020, they completed the Training and Professional Development for Process Auditor VDA at Quality Management Center, focusing on Automotive Business.

Additionally, Шитов Максим has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In December 2020, they acquired the WDA certification from Renault. In May 2022, they attained the certifications in Extreme Productivity (Blinkist Summary) and Productivity Principles to Make Time for What's Important from LinkedIn.
