Sara Carroll currently serves as the Compensation Benefits Manager at evo since June 2023. Previously, Carroll held roles including Program Director for Evoke Therapy Programs and Senior Manager for Benefits and Compensation at Backcountry.com. As a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources management, Carroll has worked at various organizations, such as Westgate Park City Resort and Spa, Sundance Institute, and Base Camp Brewing Company. Additionally, Carroll contributed as a Board Member at Specialized Community Care and has a strong background in team leadership and program direction from an earlier tenure at Second Nature Wilderness Programs. Carroll’s journey began with the Northern Star Council, Boy Scouts of America, where foundational career experiences were developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's of Science in Recreation Administration from the University of Minnesota.
