Katherine Brown is an experienced cinema and service manager with a strong background in guest service and personnel development. Currently serving as the Cinema Manager at EVO Entertainment Group since January 2022, Katherine oversees recruitment, training, and strategic initiatives to enhance business results. Prior experience includes a Service Manager role at Buffalo Wild Wings, where Katherine ensured exceptional dining experiences, and various positions at Once Upon A Child in McKinney, where responsibilities included staff training, purchasing, and sales enhancement. Additionally, Katherine worked as a Retail Salesperson and Freight Coordinator at The Buckle, Inc. Katherine holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts/Communications from Thomas Edison State University and has completed a high school diploma at Sacred Heart Catholic School.
