Nguyen Thanh has a diverse work experience in various roles within the software testing and telecommunication industries.

From 2016 onwards, Nguyen worked as a Senior Software Tester at Evizi, where they were responsible for analyzing user stories, communicating with product owners, writing test cases, executing testing on mobile devices, identifying root causes of bugs through log analysis, and tracking bugs on Jira.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, Nguyen worked as an Agile Software Tester at SmartDev LLC., contributing to testing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. They collaborated closely with the product owner and the team to understand requirements and develop software products with minimal bugs and defects.

From 2014 to 2015, Nguyen worked as an Agile Software Tester at Axon Active Vietnam, again involved in testing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms in an Agile scrum model. They were responsible for analyzing user stories, writing acceptance criteria, conducting tests, and documenting bugs.

In 2014, Nguyen briefly worked as a Senior Software Tester at FPT Software.

From 2012 to 2014, Nguyen worked as a Software Tester at Softech JSC.

Nguyen began their career in 2005 as a Telecommunication Design Engineer at Da Nang Information Telecommunication Design Joint Stock Company, involved in designing telephone peripheral cable networks and mobile networks.
