Tawnya Robben has a strong background in human resources, starting in 2008 when they joined Rock-Tenn Company as a Sr. Human Resource Representative. Tawnya continued their HR career at WestRock Company in the same role until 2020. In December 2020, Robben transitioned to a Human Resources Manager position at EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE (EBTH). Prior to their HR roles, they worked as an Office Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK from 2004 to 2008 and as a Customer Service Representative at Provident Bank from 1989 to 1993.

Tawnya Robben attended McAuley High School from 1984 to 1987, where they did not pursue any specific field of study. Later, they enrolled in Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in 1988 and studied Graphic Arts. No degree completion or end year was stated for their time at Cincinnati State.
