Linda Clauson has significant experience in marketing and communications. Linda started their career as the Director of Communications/PR at Junior Achievement of Central Iowa in 1995, where they wrote and designed newsletters, news releases, and fundraising appeals. Linda then worked as an Assistant Account Manager at CMF&Z Public Relations, where they coordinated live radio remotes and wrote news releases. Linda later served as the Director of Communications at the COLORADO CATTLEMENS ASSOCIATION, where they wrote news releases, designed newsletters, and coordinated media interviews. Linda then joined Scuba Schools International as a Communications Coordinator, where they published a quarterly trade magazine, produced marketing materials, and news releases. Linda's next role was as a Communications Coordinator at EveryStep, where they were responsible for design and written content for the organization's hospice program's promotional materials, website, and employee newsletter. Linda then became the Marketing & Communications Director at EveryStep, leading a team of marketing professionals and overseeing the organization's rebranding efforts. Linda also served as the Past President of IABC/Iowa, the International Association of Business Communicators, from 2012 to 2013.
Linda Clauson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Psychology from Iowa State University, completing their education from 1990 to 1994.
