Nikos Kalaitzis is an experienced professional currently serving as a Project Management Officer at EveryPay since July 2024. Prior to this role, Nikos spent eight years at Code Seed, where responsibilities included serving as a Scrum Master and HR Manager, managing talent delivery and overseeing software development projects, including one for the Ministry of Migration and Asylum. As an Information Technology Operations Manager, Nikos enhanced IT operations and ensured compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR. Additionally, Nikos began as a Software Engineer, contributing to agile teams and delivering quality software for clients in the Netherlands and Spain. Academic qualifications include a Master of Applied Informatics and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Technological Educational Institute of Central Macedonia, along with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia.
