Steve Rousell has over four decades of experience in technical management and operations within the leisure and military sectors. Currently serving as Regional Technical & Energy Manager at Everyone Active - SLM since April 2015, Rousell is responsible for managing hard facilities management and implementing strategies to reduce utility consumption. Previous roles include Contract Technical Manager at Sports & Leisure Management, where Rousell oversaw technical operations for large leisure facilities, and Engineer at Plymouth Pavilions, handling the operation of pool and ice rink systems. Rousell's extensive background also includes a tenure in the Royal Navy Submarines as Chief Petty Officer MEA(ML), focusing on nuclear plant operations. Rousell's education includes training at HMS Sultan and studies at Faversham FCSS.
