Stepan Pokhodzhai is a seasoned technical operations professional with extensive experience at EveryMatrix since August 2021, having progressed through roles including Technical Operations Lead, Release Manager, and L2/L3 Support Engineer. Prior to this, Stepan served as Call Center Manager at Adelina Call Center for a project involving "Nova Poshta." Stepan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University, with studies completed from September 2017 to June 2021.
