Sarah Marley (ACICM) currently serves as the Head of Transformation at Everyday Loans since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Operations Performance Partner at Close Brothers Motor Finance from March 2023 to October 2023. Sarah's extensive experience in the finance sector includes a decade at Loans at Home, where Sarah led the Customer Experience function as Customer Experience Lead, driving service delivery excellence and overseeing compliance with SMCR rules. Sarah also served as Regional Manager and Area Manager at Pennine Credit Services, where strategic leadership contributed to significant commercial growth while maintaining cost control. Sarah's educational background includes attendance at Normanton Freeston High School from 1991 to 1998.
