Britney Hendricks, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Everus since December 2020. Prior to this role, Britney held the position of Sr HR Generalist at MDU Resources Group, Inc. from August 2019 to December 2020. Britney's career also includes a significant tenure at Western Cooperative Credit Union, where Britney served as Regional Vice President and VP of Human Resources from June 2005 to August 2019. Britney completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Banking and Finance at Dickinson State University between 2005 and 2008.
