Tammy Pember has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Tammy currently works as a Product Lead at Evertree Insurance, a technology enabled insurance agency focused on developing a premier platform for independent brokers. Prior to this, they were a Product Manager at Veruna, Inc. and a Consultant at NexGen Consultants. Tammy also has experience at Great American Insurance Company, where they worked as a Product Owner, Business Analyst Specialist, and Instructional Designer. Additionally, they have worked as a Product Specialist at IVANS, Inc. and as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at Ohio Casualty Group.

Tammy Pember attended Miami University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communication. Additionally, they hold certifications in AI for Product Management and Product-led Certification from Pendo.io, both obtained in 2023.
