Alicia Derkoyorikian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and release management. Currently serving as the Release Manager at Evertec since July 2013, Alicia oversees critical Core Banking applications and is responsible for the Release Management process review and training. Previous roles include IT Project Coordinator for ITPM, Senior Project Manager at AVAL RESOURCES, and Project Manager positions at Nagnoi, Inc., RSM ROC & Company, and Advanced Computer Technology, where project management services were provided to various government departments and financial institutions. Alicia holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix PR, a Bachelor's degree in Management & HR from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, a Professional Coach Certification with Resilience Specialty from the International Coaching Institute PR, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
