Prior experience includes leadership roles at Kaplan Higher Education, where Erin directed Student Relations across 40 campuses and handled escalated grievances, as well as at Career Education Corporation, managing student activity and retention for over 1,900 students. Erin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University and a Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
