Matthew Ricker has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Client Services Associate at TideSmart Global. In 2015, they worked as a Project Management Assistant at Windover Construction and as a Digital Marketing Associate at HireClix. From 2017 to present, Matthew has been working at EverQuote, where they started as an Account Executive and later became a Senior Account Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Accelerated Agency & Channel Sales, responsible for managing strategic partnerships within the Agency Business.

Matthew Ricker's education history begins in 2008 when they graduated from Greely High School with a High School Diploma. Matthew then went on to attend Endicott College from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at Endicott College from 2016 to 2017, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Sales & Marketing.
