Laura Hanson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Head of Business Development & Operations at EverPeak Insurance, Laura is instrumental in the growth of a new Small Business MGA focused on Workers Compensation. Previously, Laura held key positions at VYRD, SiriusPoint, People's United Bank, and The Hartford, where roles included Chief Digital/Brand Officer, VP of Insurance and Services, and various AVP titles overseeing digital strategy, underwriting transformation, and marketing initiatives. Laura's career began with Travelers, advancing through several technical and managerial roles. Laura holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford and a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut.
