Stephen Koza has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present day. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of EverOps, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, Stephen was the Managing Partner at Blue Ono Capital, where they made strategic investments in businesses and led the investment in EverOps. In 2020, they also worked as an Advisor and Interim VP Sales at Cogniac Corporation, providing guidance on go-to-market strategy and securing funding.

Before that, Stephen worked at Samsara as the Director of Industrial Sales, building the sales team and processes for the early-stage business. From 2013 to 2019, they held several roles at Cisco Meraki, including Director of Global Service Provider Sales, where they successfully expanded the business to $400M in revenue with a global team of 60. At Motorola Solutions, they worked as a Named Account Manager, responsible for selling mobile hardware, software, and managed services to Fortune 500 clients. Finally, Stephen started their career at Wireless Valley as an Applications Engineer, contributing to the growth of the company before its acquisition by Motorola.

Stephen Koza attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
